Exchanges/Returns
Unfortunately, due to many of our items being one of a kind, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. Be sure to double check your items before you order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery for any product damage caused during shipping. There is no guarantee of a refund but there are things you can do to help your chances.
- Contact us within the first 48 hours of your product delivery.
- Send several images of the damaged product and shipping box that the product came in.
- For packages damaged in shipping, please review the USPS Domestic Claim policy at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
We can then evaluate the issue with the goal of making it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@NerdCraft.com.
