Order Processing Time
Our normal orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For any custom orders the time can increase based on volume of orders and/or gathering any missing information from the customer.

Shipping Times
We ship from central Texas to only the United States with plans to expand to other countries soon. We use USPS to ship your order to save you as much as we can on shipping costs. According to the USPS website, shipping takes 2-5 Business Days.

Shipping Costs
To save you on Shipping Costs, we offer free shipping on your order when you spend $100 or more on products*. If you don't meet the $100 threshold, your shipping costs are calculated automatically on checkout based on distance and amount ordered.

* "we offer free shipping on your order when you spend $100 or more on products" - Keep in mind that only the subtotal is considered to qualify for the $100 Free Shipping Threshold. Any other added amounts, like taxes, shipping or tips, are not considered.
